All the cards give you the opportunity to withdrawal money from ATMs. By law, all withdrawals within the EU should be free of charge. In return, each card-providing bank has the right to add a so-called currency conversion fee. Some banks charge a fee of 1.65%, whilst FOREX Bank only charges 1% on its credit and bank cards.
Worth considering: Fraud, with rigged fronts and mini cameras aiming to steal cards’ identities, is not uncommon. If the ATM looks suspicious, feel if there is anything loose on it or if there is “an eye” on the area above the keypad. ATMs located in or right by banks are generally safer than others.
