An example:
When Expressen’s star reporter, Johan Orrenius, landed in Wroclaw in Poland, for an assignment, the ATM at the airport swallowed his credit card. Thus he was without money or a card! It was a Friday afternoon, the banks were closing and good advice was extremely expensive (which later proved to be an exaggeration).
But thanks to a Polish-speaking employee at FOREX Bank, who by laboriously phoning Wroclaw, managed to find a bank that had evening opening hours, the reporter got enough money to last for his stay and assignment. This was because FOREX Bank managed to transfer money through its partner Money Gram.
