Account holders, who have FOREX Internet bank, have the means to manage their errands at home. You can also do a lot of things by phone via FOREX Telephone Bank – a godsend when your computer isn’t around!
All you need to do is phone 0200-22 22 20, press 2 on your mobile or home phone and key in your personal id number and pin code. At this stage you can hear your balance and recent transactions. If you want to transfer money between your account and other ones, you must also key in a tan code (a one-off code from the list you use for your Internet bank).
Due to security issues you cannot pay bills over the phone. You can find more information at www.forex.se under the heading “accounts”. Both FOREX Internet Bank and Telephone Bank are services free of charge.
