Investing in Menorca

Fritidsresor are investing big time in Mallorca’s little sister, Menorca, this summer. There’s a lot of greenery, 122 (!) bays to swim in and many rambling and bicycle routes, which are the big attraction here. Those interested in history can also check out the sepulchral chambers from the Bronze Age.

You can also take the boat there for the day from Mallorca if you want to have a taster of what Menorca has to offer. The ferry from Port d’Alcudia to Ciutadella takes an hour. Now and then there’s also a fast boat from Cala Ratjada on Mallorca’s southernmost tip to the same town. Check the times online! It’s a fantastic experience gliding in via a long, narrow bay to the former capital, which has many pleasant harbour restaurants.

If you’re on a charter trip to Menorca, you should definitely leave your hotel by the bay and experience a sunset in the harbour in Ciutadella or take a trip to captivating Fornells! There are hotels for those travelling under their own steam. Solresor also have charter trips to Menorca.
