More flights from Sweden

9/22/2011

According to Flygtorget.se, British Flybe and Finnair have created a joint regional air company under the name Flybe Nordic.

The new company is aiming for the Swedish market, amongst others, starting with lines to Helsinki, from Umeå and Skellefteå, and also Stockholm/Bromma to Tallinn, starting on the 30th of October. The Helsinki route will give northern Sweden quicker access to Finnair’s comprehensive network to Asia. The route from Norrköping to Helsinki remains on the agenda, dating back from the now defunct company’s, Finncom’s management.
