New routine for costumers calling our Costumer service


2 October we introduced digital identification of our costumers. That means that you need Mobile BankID, FOREX ID or your code device to identify yourself when you wish to get information about your engagement with the bank. In connection to this new routine, you aren't able to identify yourself with security pin or security question if you don't have a smartphone.
