FOREX Bank card and FOREX Credit card

Below we have made a list of what is important to think about when you use your card. This can minimize the risk for ineligeble persons to get your card information.

Always keep an eye on your card

  • FOREX Bank would under no circumstances contact you and ask for your card information. If you are a victim of fraud, contact FOREX Costumer service on +46 (0) 771-22 22 21
  • Don’t keep your Bank card together with your pin code.
  • Don’t give out any card information on the internet or on the phone if you’re not buying anything from a safe actor. There are cases of fraud where fraudsters are trying to get your card information by claiming that they work for the bank.
  • Don’t give out card information by e-mail or on social media like Facebook
  • Never let anyone go off with your card when you pay. Ask to go with them if they need to go to another room.
  • When withdrawing cash from an ATM, don’t let anyone see your PIN code. Be vigilant if the ATM looks a bit strange, it may mean that is has been rigged. If you feel unsure, use another ATM.
  • Don’t accept help from anyone if they offer it at an ATM.
  • Regularly tally off your card transactions against purchase and withdrawal receipts.
  • Always keep an eye on your bag and remember that swindlers are drawn to areas with lots of tourists.
  • If you have several cards in your wallet, check regularly to make sure none of them are missing. You should immediately cancel your card if you lose it – always carry the card cancellation service telephone number with you.
