Security tips for a safe way to use your cards. Following these can minimize the risk of ineligeble persons getting hold of your card information.

Always keep an eye on your card

  • FOREX Bank will never contact you to ask for your card information. If you are a victim of fraud, contact FOREX Costumer service on +46 (0) 771-22 22 21.
  • Don’t store your card together with your pin code.
  • Don’t give out any card information on the internet or on the phone unless you’re buying something from a safe actor. There are cases of fraud where fraudsters are trying to get your card information by claiming that they work for the bank.
