Have you accidentally paid your Credit Card invoice to the wrong payee?

If you have accidentally paid your invoice to the wrong recipient, you need to contact the payee yourself to get your payment back and then pay the invoice to us with the Bankgiro and OCR number you find on the invoice you received from us. If you have accidentally paid to Nordea Finance, the former issuer of the FOREX Credit Card, instead of Entercard, the current card issuer, you will need to contact Nordea Finance yourself as of 5 September to get your payment back.
