To apply for the card, you need to be over 20 years old, have an annual income of at least SEK 150,000 and have no payment defaults.

No, your FOREX Credit Card is active when you receive it. However, in order to use the "blip function", you first need to make a purchase with a chip and PIN code for it to be activated. You can add your card to your digital wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay) directly. 

FOREX Credit Card have a regular annual fee of SEK 225. You can use it abroad without currency exchange surcharges, and avoid withdrawal fees when you withdraw money outside the EU/EEA. You can easily and conveniently apply with BankID.

Depending on the time of the month you shop, you have the opportunity to get up to 55 days of interest-free credit and a minimum of 22 days. If you pay off your full closing balance each month, you'll get interest-free credit on all your purchases.

The current annual interest rate can be found on your monthly invoice or in the card terms and conditions. To get the monthly interest rate, divide the annual interest rate by twelve. The interest is calculated from the due date of the invoice until the amount is paid.

Please note that you will not pay any interest if you repay the full amount of the invoice by the due date of the invoice. 

You can receive your invoice as an e-invoice or paper invoice (29 SEK/month). If you add your invoice as an e-invoice, you avoid the transaction fee, you do it in your internet bank, by searching for invoice recipient "FOREX Kreditkort".

You pay your invoice with Swish in the FOREX Credit Card app.

Here's how:  
1. Log in to the FOREX Credit Card app with Mobile BankID. 
2. Go to "Invoices" in the menu, where your invoice will be visible as soon as it becomes available (no later than the 25th of the month). 
3. Tap "Pay with Swish". 
4. Continue with the payment in Swish.

If you have forgotten your PIN code, you can log in to the FOREX Credit Card app or in the Credit Card Portal and see your PIN code. If you cannot log in to the app or portal, you can call Customer Service on 0771-22 22 21 (weekdays 09-18).

You can see your balance in the FOREX Credit Card app or in the Credit Card Portal.

You can use Swish once for each invoice that is created. 

Yes, you can! In order to order an extra card, the person who is to receive the card must have the same registered address as you and be at least 18 years old. The extra card is linked to the main account, and shares a credit limit with the main card.

The extra cardholder can download and log in to the FOREX Credit Card app to see their transactions or add their card to their digital wallet, for example. You will receive a joint invoice, which will be sent to the main card holder. 

With interest-free installment payment, you can split a single purchase made with your FOREX credit card into 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, or 24 monthly payments. You pay no interest; instead, there is a fixed monthly fee of SEK 25–169, depending on the purchase amount.

Installment fee: SEK 25–169/month, depending on the amount. Installment period: 3–24 months. Example: Purchase of SEK 10,000: fee of SEK 65/month; for installment payment via 12 monthly payments of SEK 899, the effective interest rate is 15.05% and the total amount payable is SEK 10,780.

You can set up purchases between SEK 2,500 and SEK 40,000 as an interest-free installment plan. The purchase must have been made within the last 30 days and must be a single transaction.

You can set up multiple purchases as installment plans, provided your approved credit limit allows for it.

Cash withdrawals, balance transfers, and bill payments cannot be paid in installments.

With FOREX Credit Card you can apply for credit between SEK 10,000 - 100,000.

If you want to apply for a higher purchase and credit limit, Entercard (credit card issuer of FOREX Kreditkort) needs relevant information about your income, etc. Entercard then performs a new credit check.

If you discover a purchase or withdrawal on your card that you have not made, you must complain about the transaction to Entercard. The easiest way to do this is to log in to the FOREX Credit Card app or the Credit Card Portal.

Yes, you will. FOREX black credit cards work with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

To add your card to Apple Pay, log in to the FOREX Credit Card app, click on your card, click on "Digital Wallet" and select add to Apple Pay. Then follow the instructions, done! Your card is now on your phone and ready to be used as a payment method wherever contactless payments are offered.

To add your card to Google Pay, log in to the FOREX Credit Card app, click on your card, click on "Digital Wallet" and select add to Google Pay. Then follow the instructions, done! Your card is now on your phone and ready to be used as a payment method wherever contactless payments are offered. Note that Google Pay doesn't work with iOS. 

Download the Garmin Connect app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, and follow the instructions to add your FOREX Credit Card to your watch. Learn more about adding your card to Garmin Pay on our Garmin Pay page.

In the app, you can view your card details, add your card to your digital wallet, manage your card (apply for an increased credit limit or extra card, change PIN code, order a new card, etc.), see your transactions and invoices, pay your invoice with Swish and much more. 

If you have accidentally paid your invoice to the wrong recipient, you need to contact the payee yourself to get your payment back and then pay the invoice to us with the Bankgiro and OCR number you find on the invoice you received from us. If you have accidentally paid to Nordea Finance, the former issuer of the FOREX Credit Card, instead of Entercard, the current card issuer, you will need to contact Nordea Finance yourself as of 5 September to get your payment back.

If unauthorised purchases and withdrawals have been registered, you must also file a chargeback. Remember to attach a copy of your police report to the complaint.
